In the production process of the power plant,the water is responsible for the transfer of energy and cooling medium.Because there are many impurities in the river water which will damage the equipment,so the chemical water treatment system is a very important part of thermal power plant boiler system.High quality and efficient operation of chemical water treatment system is a prerequisite for safe and efficient operation of thermal power plant boilers.How to keep the chemical water treatment control system operate safe and efficient is very important.In this paper,we choose the actual project of Huaneng Jingmen Power Plant as the engineering background.Firstly,the process flow of the chemical water treatment control system of the power plant is analyzed,and the relevant control requirements are described.The overall design of the chemical water treatment and control system of the power plant is completed according to the control requirements,which include design of hardware and software configuration,Siemens S7-400 PLC and ET200 M were used to the design of the control layer.Using STEP7 programming software to complete the preparation of the relevant control procedures.Between the control layer and the monitoring layer we communicate through the Ethernet.With the WinCC configuration software we complete the host computer monitoring screen design.Secondly,the water supply and dosing system of thermal power plant was studied,because the system has the characteristics of time delay,non-linearity,and difficult to establish mathematical model,the traditional PID control effect is not ideal.Fuzzy control has better control effect and robustness to nonlinear,time-delay and difficult to establish mathematical models.However,fuzzy rules of fuzzy control are designedwhich based on expert experience is not very complete,and it will take a long time to adjust according to artificial experience,and fuzzy control do not have self-learning to adjust the fuzzy rules to adapt to changes in environmental capacity.While the neural network has good self-learning,adaptive ability and fault tolerance and so on.However,in the knowledge of a certain rule,the neural network can not use these a prior knowledge to train the network.We think of the integration of two intelligent algorithms,so that the system have a good use of experience rules to achieve better control results,at the same time according to changes in the environment continue to learn.So that the system has good adaptive ability and robustness.Finally,we design a dosing controller based on TS fuzzy neural network and test the static performance and dynamic performance of TS fuzzy neural network by simulation and comparison.It is concluded that TS fuzzy neural network has better control of nonlinear and time delay systems effect,and fuzzy neural network has a comparative control effect on nonlinear and delayed water supply dosing system.
