This dissertation discusses the important relationship between development states of the electric power industry and the national economy, and introduces the design of automatic control system and computer monitored control system based on industry control configure software in ash-sluicing water treatment of thermal power plant, in conjunction with the building of alteration for ash-sluicing water treatment system in a thermal power plant. Firstly, the paper discusses the process flow of ash-sluicing water treatment in a thermal power plant, then work out the automatic control system scheme according to the requirements of technology. The whole control system is composed by supervisory computer, Programmable Logic Controller, industry Ethernet and PROFIBUS — DP etc.. It makes the ash-sluicing water treatment be controlled dispersedly and managed intensively and remotely. The Kingview software is used to draw supervisory pictures. The supervisory pictures include system pictures, trend pictures, alarm pictures and so on. And the paper describes the supervisory pictures and their functions in detail.For the sake of ash-sluicing water treatment and water reclaim-supply, the multistage pool's water-level shall be controlled precision. In this paper the simple mathematical model of the pool is deduced. At the same time, the paper analyzes the defect of the pool's water-level control system which doesn't achieve perfect effect adopting conventional control strategy, and introduces a new control strategy in the pool's water-level control system by using fuzzy-PID.At the last, it simulates the two pool's water-level control system with Simulink in MATLAB and gives the simulations results and analyses. The simulations results has conformed the robustness and validity of this control strategy and has the value of popularization and application.
