Office building are main place for people daily activities that have a close relationship with the people's life and work.Through the effectively control of the equipment of air conditioning,fans and other energy-consuming,it has a great significance to ensure indoor thermal comfort and energy saving.Aiming at the research of the control and optimation of the indoor environmental quality on office building,the main aspects of the paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the office building in Xi'an was taken as the object of study,using gray box modeling method to analyze the relationship between the parameters of indoor environment quality and control variable.Then it establishes the bilinear model of the indoor environment quality to describe the change process.At last it uses the least squares method to identify the relevant parameters.The model proves that can reflect the actual situation of the system and the prediction effect is better.(2)Secondly,the office model and air conditioning system are established by TRNSYS and the control algorithm is implemented by MATLAB.Then it applies the indoor environment quality control to the indoor environment quality control system.The traditional PID control and model predictive control under the summer condition of Xi'an office building were carried out respectively through TRNSYS.The results show that comparing with the traditional control the model-based predictive control has less control Overshoot and Steady-State Errors,also can save the energy.(3)Finally,it discusses the feasibility of indoor environment quality control based on neutral temperature.Through the dynamic relationship between outdoor temperature and indoor neutral temperature,it uses the model predictive control to simulate.The results show that the dynamic adjustment of indoor temperature can effectively save energy and decrease the time of the air-conditioning use.Therefore,the ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the control variables and the prediction time domain.The experimental results show that the model predictive control can be better followed the neutral temperature and can meet the requirements of the indoor environment quality.This paper establishes the mathematical model of indoor environment quality control in the office environment based on the data acquisition.Under the premise of ensuring the comfort of indoor environment,the model is used to control the indoor environment quality.Finally,the predictive control based on neutral temperature is discussed and optimized by ant colony optimization algorithm,which is of great significance to energy saving and consumption reduction.
