Office Building after a long period of historical development,whether it is space type or the use of functions have reached a new stage.Office Building volume is very large,space in various forms,the nature of use is also very different.With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of society,major enterprises are creating a better office environment for staff to improve work efficiency,and indoor physical environment quality is an important standard of office space quality.Because of the requirement of image orientation,office building tends to dilute the improvement of its indoor physical environment,and it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the indoor physical environment and its optimal design in view of the microclimate characteristics of Xi ' an urban area and the indoor space characteristics of office buildings.Combining with the climatic characteristics of Xi ' an,This paper begins with the spatial characteristics of office buildings and the influencing factors of indoor physical environment,and expounds the relevant theoretical research onthe indoor physical environment of office buildings.After that,through the method of subjective feeling questionnaire survey and field actual test,the detailed investigation of four different use properties and planar forms of office buildings in Xi ' an was carried out,and it was found that the problems existing in the indoor physical environment of Xian office building were: insufficient natural ventilation,poor natural light,warm space and comfortable general,Excessive reliance on equipment results in higher energy consumption;Then in view of the problems found,the causes of formation are analyzed,and the optimization design strategy of indoor physical environment suitable for office buildings in Xi ' an area is put forward from three angles of thermal comfort,natural lighting and natural ventilation through computer simulation and analysis.Including the design parameters and envelope structure scheme suitable for the office building in XI ' an,mainly include the following points:(1)The best orientation of office building in Xi ' an IS South West 30 °,Suitablefor the range of30°to South-easterly 30°;2)The figure coefficient is0.~0.24 The best left and right;(3)The change of energy consumption caused by the change of westward and northward window wall is the largest,and the change of energy consumption caused by the south window wall is the smallest.(4)exterior wall easy to choose external insulation structure,insulation materials selectedXPSBoard,EPS Plate,PUplate,roof in addition to insulation,to pay attention to summer insulation,it is advisable to use a positive insulation roof or green roof,the exterior window should choose a good insulation performance of the glass material,At the same time,attention should be paid to the structure and airtightness of window frames.By comparison,the construction scheme of peripheral protective structure suitable for office building in Xi ' an is summarized and summarized.(5)the space lighting coefficient ofoffice space depth greater than4 m begins to be lower than 3%,and does not meet the requirements of office use.(6)The larger the plane depth size of the office space to meet the indoor lighting standards required for the side window area.Window width and opening ratio inthe 0.6-0.7,height and depth than in the0.3-0.4,indoor natural lighting effect is better.When the height of the windowsill is improved and the design is1.0m,the uniformity of indoor lighting is obviously improved.(7)XI ' an office building should be in the south and west to reasonable set shade,south to the fa?ade using horizontal shade,westward fa?ade using vertical external shading,the angle is appropriate.(8)when the window ratio is1/4,the indoor wind speed reaches the maximum.The position and shape of the window have a certain influence on the uniformity of the toobtain the HallWind.Finally,taking the office building of an enterprise in the high-tech zone of the previous investigation as an example,The existing present situation is simulated by Ecotect software,combined with the previous test results,the shortcomings of the existing design are analyzed,And the design strategy discussed in this paper is used to optimize its shortcomings.Then through the software simulation calculation,compare the optimization design before and after the indoor physical environment quality,further verify the feasibility of the optimization design strategy.Through the research of this subject,this paper summarizesThe present situation of the indoor physical environment of office buildings in Xi ' an,and puts forward the optimization design strategy,which is helpful to promote the development of green architectural design in XI It has certain reference value to the design practice of indoor physical environment of Xi ' an office building.
