| The old town was defined as a town needs to be reformed while keeping its history looking.The utility tunnels is urban underground municipal structure which can house all kinds of municipal pipelines.Old towns can run safely through the construction of utility tunnels which can rebuild old towns extremely while keeping old towns look like its looking in history.However,out-of-order construction of utility tunnels in old towns can be caused by lacking of unified planning and ranking the construction sequence of utility tunnels,and then it will have a harmful effect on safe operation of old towns while it was constructing and after it was constructed.So this paper studies on the planning and construction sequence of the utility tunnels in old towns.1)Firstly,4 stages of utility tunnels planning was put forward through combining the analysis on the studies about utility tunnels planning domestic and overseas with utility tunnels planning projects domestic,the 4 stages are:utility tunnels construction scale budget in old towns;utility tunnels construction area selection in old towns;utility tunnels construction scale distribution of selected construction area in old towns;path selection of utility tunnels in old towns.2)Influence factors were put forward which can influence result of utility tunnels construction scale budget in old towns,taking our national conditions and operation model of utility tunnels in to consideration,and carry out the utility tunnels construction scale budget in old town based on SOFM.3)Combined with the influence factors of utility tunnels construction area selection,using AHP-entropy method to empower the various influencing factors,andaccording to the specific circumstances of each candidate region of the various influence factors of scoring.Finally,according to the weight of each influence factor and each factor score of each region to be selected to calculate the comprehensive score of each region to be selected to determine the old towms utility tunnels construction area.4)Combined with the old towns utility tunnels construction suitable for district construction factors affecting the size distribution,the old towns utility tunnels construction scale estimates and comprehensive pipe gallery building suitable for research area to choose the suitable area of the construction of utility tunnels scale based on distribution.The mathematical model of construction scale distribution,and genetic algorithm is applied to solve the obtained value distribution coefficient,then the distribution of the old towns construction scale reasonable and scientific to the utility tunnels construction suitable for district.5)Combined with the old towns district comprehensive factors affecting the path selection of utility tunnels with the construction of suitable area for their utility tunnels construction scale constraint,mathematical model was put forward to select the old towns utility tunnels of each partition path,and C++ was used to solve the model,and then the partition path of utility tunnels old towns can be decided.6)Influence factors of construction sequence of utility tunnels in old towns were put forward and divided into four parts : position of the existing pipeline,external conditions,city earthquake disaster prevention plan,existing construction,according to the characteristics of various factors.Utility tunnels construction priority levels of each pipe section in old towns can be determined according to the existing pipeline"and" external conditions ",based on" city earthquake disaster prevention plan "and"existing construction ",utility tunnels construction priority of each pipe section in old towns can be calculated.Finally,according to the above results,we calculate the priority of the utility tunnels construction of the old towns hall,and finally determine the order of the construction of the utility tunnels.This paper is a preliminary exploration on the planning and construction sequence of the utility tunnels in old towns,provides theory props of planning utility tunnels and ranking construction sequence of utility tunnels in old towns scientifically,providesnew thoughts for safe and efficient operation of old towns,has certain research value. |
