| With the further application of BIM technology,it is possible to integrate the project delivery(IPD).IPD model makes the key participants early involvement,co-determination in form of multi-party agreement,not only to achieve efficient cooperation in construction project but also maximize the value of BIM.Incentive compensation mechanism plays an important role in the smooth implementation of IPD model.In this paper,the incentive compensation mechanism is studied as follows:(1)Propose a cooperative management process which is IPD model under BIM technology and make the implementation of incentive compensation mechanism.Study related theory and point out that the IPD model is advantage.From building team,signing the agreement,the every stage of BIM model strategies and operating processes to establish a cooperative management process which is IPD model under BIM technology.In this collaborative management process,this paper puts forward the construction of the incentive pool model,carries on the static and dynamic two level allocations,and calculates the compensation coefficient to realize the incentive compensation mechanism of IPD mode under the BIM technology.(2)Building incentive pool model and the optimal size of the inentive pool.The concept of incentive pool is analyzed,and the incentive pool model is constructed in three cases.Based on the Cumulative Prospect Theory to establish incentive pool size decision model and study the size of the incentive pool to maximize the incentive of IPD members to get the optimal incentive pool size.(3)A static allocation method of quantifiable incentive pool is proposed.According to the principle and process of incentive pool allocation,this paper points out three factors which are risk perception,risk sharing and conflict coordination.By using SNA method,entropy method and stochastic cooperative game theory to establish the static allocation model of incentive pool.Considering the amount of the three elements to share the incentive pool,the proportion of the static allocation of each participant is obtained.(4)Building a reasonable dynamic allocation model of incentive pool and designing an improved cuckoo search algorithm.This paper considers contribution degree and effort level to combine the ultimate benefit of IPD project members with performance of implementation process,and introduces satisfaction,rewards and punishment and dynamic process to build the dynamic allocation of IPD team incentive pool.Putting forward the improved cuckoo search and solve the model.It is pointed out that the Pareto frontier obtained by the IMOCS algorithm is closer to the real solution set,and has better convergence,diversity and uniformity.(5)Specific examples simulation.The actual project and simulation calculation results are analyzed,it shows that the method proposed in this paper to obtain a better incentive effect and proves the allocation mode scientific,reasonable and feasible,but also IPD mode which is based on BIM technology can be implemented to provide effective demonstration in the China. |
