The construction industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy,which has largely promoted China's economic development.At present,the management system of the construction market is not perfect.Therefore,it is important to establish a more standardized and perfect management system for the construction market and improve the operating efficiency of relevant entities in the market.The key part of the construction market management is the owner's management to contractor.As a very important manager,how to implement simple and efficient incentives for contractor is the key and difficult point of the research.The entire article uses incentive theory,principal-agent theory and reputation mechanism to analyze the principal-agent relationship between the owner and contractor who signed a long-term engineering cooperation agreement.From the perspective of the owner,the incentive mechanism of the owner to the contractor is established.Firstly,introduce two basic performance measures in earned value management,at the same time quantify the quality factors,consider the substitutability among multiple factors,and establish a multi-factors collaborative incentive control model;Further consider the reputation of different contractors,combine the reputation and the substitutability of factors,and build a two-stage dynamic incentive model that comprehensively considers explicit and implicit reputation from the perspective of the owner.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the model are proved by example analysis and MATLAB data simulation.Through the model construction,example analysis and MATLB data simulation,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)On the basis of considering the substitution of various factors,a dual reputation mechanism is introduced,and the incentive intensity is adjusted by constantly modifying the reputation value of the contractor,so as to further optimize the income of the owner,the contractor and the total social value;2)Data simulation was performed on a multi-factors collaborative incentive model that introduced contractor's reputation,and the situation of contractors with low reputation level and high reputation level was analyzed respectively.The results show that for contractors with high reputation level,the incentive intensity can be appropriately reduced;for contractors with lower reputation levels,it is necessary to increase the incentive coefficient of contractors;3)Indepth research of the relationship between the contractor,the owner,the total social value and the reputation value of the contractor,put forward a method to determine the effective range of the dual reputation collaborative incentive model;All in all,the article is based on the early model establishment and later example simulation,provide theoretical reference for owner to simply and efficiently incentive contractor.
