Risk Management On Construction Of Metro

With the fast development of our economy,the progress of the urbanization is enhanced.The increase in population brings about a huge challenge to the city traffic.The metro,which locates under the ground,has become an approach to ease the traffic pressure and reduce our environmental foot print.Therefore,the metro has been an indispensable part of a new traffic structure in each province and city.Compared with common buildings,metro is always surrounded with more complex environment and its construction method is rather complicated.Hence,constructing the metro requires high technology,vast investment and long construction period.The uncertainty brings huge risk for constructing the metro.In recent years,accidents frequently occurred in the subway construction sites,which cause much attention on the risk management on the subway construction.As one spot where accidents intensively occur,the construction of subway station is the top priority in subway construction.It is therefore particularly important to study the risk management in subway station construction and it is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of the accident,minimize loss and ensure the smooth progress of construction.In the paper,an ?A? station belonging to xi'an metro is selected as the research target.The risk management concept is applied to the subway construction.Firstly,I will study the basic knowledge of risk and risk management and master the development of risk management abroad and at home.Secondly,combining the basic knowledge with the actual condition of constructing the subway to find the mechanism which leads to accidents? occurrence.Secondly,according to the geological and hydrological conditions,the complex surrounding environment and the construction methods of ?A? station,the risk sources can be found out and listed.Thirdly,a complete system should be established to help find out and evaluate the risk in ?A? station.Finally,some corresponding regulation and measures are put forward in this paper,which has a certain guiding significance for the construction of ?A? station.It can be concluded that the construction risk can be effectively managed based on the sufficient analysis of engineering geological conditions,the surrounding environment and the construction method.
