Research On Risk Management Of Railway Project Contract Change

With market competition intensifying,and railway construction railway construction industry is facing an unprecedented pressure,low price,the tight,engineering quality requirement is high,the ground material price fluctuations,all kinds of cost increasing,the management difficulty increase and other factors influence the construction enterprise management and survival.In view of the construction of railway project construction,therefore,of how to make effective change management,performance of the contract and its changes of risk control in a reasonable range become a necessary research subject.The study about the sights on construction enterprise contract variation risk,introduce the risk management process of railway contract variation of risk control theory,aims to establish a risk assessment model for evaluating the risk level railway contract variation,and then gives a practical Suggestions and countermeasures.In this paper,the integrated application of contract variation theory and the theory of risk identification,analysis and evaluation theory,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy evaluation method,for the center with the combination of theory and practice of thoughts to build the railway contract variation based on the perspective of the contractor's risk evaluation model,expect to have certain reference significance for engineering practice.Railway contract variation of risk identification and risk evaluation system is risk assessment,fuzzy risk assessment model of the three most important piece of component.Based on the theory of risk management,for railway contract variation of risk identification,risk evaluation index system,the concept of risk evaluation,process,methods,made a clear definition.Based on the above the weight of the risk evaluation system and the system at all levels,this paper established a risk evaluation of the evaluation sets,using the panel on the risk evaluation index system for evaluation,to determine the membership degree of each index,the fuzzy membership degree matrix is established,and the fuzzy evaluation is calculated using matrix,according to the maximum membership degree principle to determine the case of contract variation level of risk assessment,and combining the evaluation grade some concrete countermeasures for reasonable Suggestions are given.(in the above process,all the calculations for the consistency check.)This study introduces risk management system of railway contract variation of study,makes the study of railway contract variation with the support theory,at the same time,also enrich and enrich the theory of risk management.Not only has theoretical significance and great practical significance.
