SSPC(Solid-State Power Controller)is an important part of intelligent power distribution system.AC solid state power controller is used for AC load power supply control and protect.This paper conducted a study of AC SSPC's design method,completed the prototype development.In this paper,the CAN interface technology,AC output control technology and protect technology of CAN bus AC SSPC is studied.This paper designed a CAN interfacing based on singlechip and CAN transceiver,a AC output circuit with Zero Crossing Connect and Zero Crossing Turn-Off.Thermal design and simulation are carried out.This paper designed electric current RMS detection circuit.Based on the RMS current and the inverse time over-current protection algorithm,the over-current protection function is realized,over current protection simulation was carried out.A hardware protection circuit based on comparator and trigger is designed.Short circuit protection function is realized.Through the research of AC SSPC,a prototype has been made,a upper computer software is developed,function test and environment test of the prototype have been carried out,and the user trial is good.In this paper,the AC SSPC can be set protection point and time by the CAN bus.Through the CAN bus to accept PC control commands,AC SSPC achieve the load off control and feedback product status information.The intelligent management of the electric equipment of the weapon is realized,improved the reliability and testability of the weapon distribution system.
