Strategy Of Existing Residential Buildings Energy-Saving Renovation In Urban Areas In Binzhou Shandong Province

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of social technology,energy shortage has become the focus of attention.As we all know,China's energy consumption is huge,and the reserve of energy has not kept pace with economic development.The implementation of building energy conservation is significant for protecting the environment and realizing the sustainable development of our country.Because of the situation of energy saving in our country,the existing residential buildings in the early stage of our country are mostly non-energy-saving building,such a large proportion of the building renovation,to achieve low cost,high efficiency and energy saving has become a topic and research focus of social media.At present,the problem of building energy conservation has been attached importance to by the government,and the encouragement measures related to building energy conservation have been introduced,and the building energy saving has been extended in existing residential buildings.Starting from the significance,present situation and main content of existing residential building transformation,this paper analyzes the status,measures and policy analysis of foreign building energy saving,drawing on the experience of foreign existing building energy saving,and puts forward the focus of energy saving renovation of existing buildings in China.According to the natural climatic conditions of Binzhou city,the development of existing residential buildings and the questionnaire survey of energy saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings in Binzhou city,this paper puts forward some technical methods for energy saving renovation of existing residential buildings in Binzhou region.The technical measures commonly used in the external enclosure structure and heating and heating are compared and analyzed,and the transformation measures conforming to Binzhou region are proposed.finally,through the comparison of the actual transformation projects,cost and effect analysis,investment and management techniques are discussed to explore the feasible scheme.these studies provide practical reference value for further development of the existing buildings in Binzhou region.
