The city is closely related to the water,but non rational city destruction of symbiotic relationship between water and city,the city leads to the widespread occurrence of waterlogging,water pollution,underground water level decline.Stormwater management has become a comprehensive ecological,environmental,social and other aspects of urban construction problems.Sponge City: the concept of low impact development of rainwater system provides a solution to the problem of urban water.Green Street is a street landscape design concept which combines ecological design and multi functional landscape design,and it is an effective way of rainwater management in street.An important part of the street as the city public space,is generated,rainwater runoff agglomeration and the most important places of emissions,through the application of landscape design method,street runoff and water quality management function,create ecological,comfortable,realistic and beautiful green street landscape.In cold region,have many adverse effects of climate characteristics of cold,and formed a unique landscape resources region,especially in the winter snow,cold region characteristic reflected in the design of winter city green street landscape and meet the rainwater management function is a key research issue.This paper discusses the potential of the Green Street in the urban climate background of the urban climate in cold area,and puts forward the corresponding design principles and strategies from the perspective of sponge city.The paper is composed of four parts: the first part is to put forward,analyze,deepen and solve the problem.Based on the background of the research at home and abroad,put forward the concept of city sponge cold city research based on green street landscape design,and expounds the research purpose,significance and framework of the second part,analysis of the problem.This paper provides theoretical basis for the green street landscape design in cold area,and provides theoretical basis for the urban green street landscape design through the analysis of the theory of the sponge City,the green street landscape and the cold area of the city.The third part is to deepen the problem.Analysis of issues related to the city under the cold sponge green street landscape design,including the analysis of green street design content,as well as regional cold city green street landscape design analysis,and draw the ecological function embodies the Green Street,three principles of humanistic care and regional characteristics;the fourth part,to solve the problem.Summarizes the design strategies for the cold city green street landscape design optimization: green street landscape elements,regional characteristics of Green Street to the cold city,divided street types respectively to draw the design strategy.Special topics in the cold city to explore the feasibility and method of sponge city theory and green street landscape pattern,for the purpose of the establishment of sustainable development,with rainwater management function,landscape aesthetic and cultural connotation of the street landscape pattern.
