Shells providing system is the transmission equipment which connects projectile recharge department and artillery projectiles box.In the war,self-propelled artillery within the projectile carrying a limited number due to ensure its own movement flexibility.Its role is to transport smoothly in turn projectiles of projectile recharge department to the entrance of artillery projectiles box in rapid.It can enhance the speed of loading projectiles of artillery and ensure self-propelled artillery maintain the ability of firepower in the battle.This thesis is the design of supplement of projectile equipment for large caliber self-propelled artillery.It solves the problem of manual handling of self-propelled artillery supplemented ammunition.This thesis takes shells providing system of large caliber self-propelled artillery as the object of research.On the basis referring to existing mature technology of ramming,striving to improve a new shells providing system and realizing the optimal docking between ammunition feeding vehicle and self-propelled artillery.Improving the efficiency of ammunition feeding and reducing outdoor operation of personnel guarantee supplement of projectile equipment can transport projectile to demanding position quickly and reliably.Through this thesis on the design of the equipment,the speed of self-propelled artillery supplemented ammunition is improved and the stability is improved.Making a modeling for the entire shells providing system which includes three-dimensional modeling of Solid Works and simulation of ADAMS.Using the own characteristics of two software and the interface between the two software and combining the actual production condition make the whole supplement of projectile equipment can delivery smoothly projectiles from projectile recharge department to self-propelled artillery magazine.The simulation process and results are analyzed to determine the damage equipment in the working process,And work on the design and joint simulation of the operation interface of the Auto-equipment of large-caliber self-propelled.Through the analysis of the working form of the elastic body,the modeling and design work of the self-propelled equipment is carried out.Through the simulation analysis of the equipment,the stability of the self-propelled equipment is determined.The design of the interface and the joint simulation of the Auto-equipment of large-caliber self-propelled can make the whole process of the self-propelled can be completed under the control of the computer,so as to reduce the operator's danger.
