| Self-propelled artillery has the advantages of good maneuverability,long range and high firing speed,and can play a good role of firepower suppression in modern warfare.At present,the self-propelled gun projectile generally uses the automatic loading technology,but the cartridge filling is realized manually,which can easily lead to the slow loading speed of the gun.The unidirectional tooth folding chain is used in the projectile delivery mechanism,which leads to the instability and serious wear of the projectile,resulting in large energy loss.In this paper,taking the large caliber selfpropelled gun as the research object,according to the working environment and structural characteristics of the self-propelled gun,a new type of automatic ammunition delivery mechanism based on ball screw is proposed,and the application of the new projectile delivery mechanism in the self-propelled gun is studied.The research contents include the structural design of the projectile delivery mechanism and its coordination mechanism,the simulation of the dynamics of ammunition delivery and the key problems of ammunition delivery.The details are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the self-propelled gun and the design requirements of the bullet delivery mechanism,combined with the composition and function of the typical bullet delivery mechanism,the overall scheme of the new automatic bullet delivery mechanism is determined.According to the action cooperation between the bullet delivery mechanism and the coordinator,the working principle and work flow of the new automatic bullet delivery mechanism are determined.(2)According to the characteristics of the new projectile delivery mechanism,the ammunition delivery mode and stroke are determined,and the dynamic friction factor between the outer surface of the projectile and the gun chamber is measured through experiments,from which the projectile transmission speed and elastic force are calculated,and finally the basic design parameters of the ball screw pair are determined.the design of the ball screw pair is studied.(3)The three-dimensional model of each part of the new projectile delivery mechanism is established by using Solidworks software.Including ball nut space ball curve,holding clip,projectile tray,launch cartridge tray,coordinator and other parts,and the three-dimensional model is imported into the ADAMS software to carry out dynamic simulation of each part,and the motion characteristics are analyzed.(4)The whole action of projectile delivery and drug delivery is simulated and analyzed in ADAMS software,and the key problems of contact collision are optimized,and the consistency of cartridge and chamber and the consistency of drug delivery are studied for the optimized structure.The research results show that the new projectile delivery mechanism based on ball screw can realize automatic ammunition delivery.It can shorten the total time of transporting ammunition,improve the speed and stability of transporting ammunition,reduce the contact collision and friction loss in the whole process of transporting ammunition,reduce the loss of kinetic energy,reduce the initial conveying speed and force,and save vehicle energy.This design provides a new idea for the design and research of projectile delivery mechanism in self-propelled gun in the future,and has certain reference significance. |
