This mode of oil-fat providing has caused much waste and low efficiency, and has latent safety, and can't meet the need of the development.To meet the need, we have devised a kind of newly oil-fat providing system bases on the industry computer. The system includes the devise of nuts and bolts, electric control, pipe control, computer software and hardware, liquid location control and temperature of oil-fat control.The paper gives a newly oil-fat providing project, and describes every part's concrete realization. The hardware and software are the Focal point in the paper, and the marrow of the system. When the system is started, the sensor pulse signal is conveyed to the computer by the data gathering card, and the computer converts it to the flow. When the quantity is reached, the computer cut off the electromagnetic valve and the electrical machinery, and saves the providing information in the computer.The design of the whole system is based on automatic control theory, and combines the traditional electric technology with the advanced computer control technology and the office procedure. The system has been accomplished successfully eventually by the strict test and by the repeated debug. At present, the system has been put in use at the return section of the Hankou railway station. It proves the system runs well, and can adapt to the development of the undertaking of the railway.
