The testing efficiency of missile weapons has been put forward higher requirements by modern defense technology.In order to ensure the survivability and rapid response capability of the missile,need to accurately assess the degree of reliability of the test tasks,to design a reasonable parallel optimization test process and to diagnose accurately and timely.As one of the formal modeling techniques,the Petri net can effectively describe and simulate complex systems.Compared with the previous process diagram,UML and other system description method,Petri net strictly simulate the system running s tate Petri net has a significant advantage of dynamic,graphical,and mathematical analysis.The reliability and correctness of the missile process design are ensured by simulating the real missile test process using Petri net.In the paper,the key direction of missile testing: task reliability impact degree,parallel optimization scheduling and fault diagnosis methods for detailed study.First of all,a flow chart is established for the horizontal testing of missile technology positions,and the tra nsformation rules from flow chart to Petri net are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual transformation with Hierarchical Timed Colored Petri Net(HTCPN).Analyzing the state space report and simulation data of missile testing HTCPN mo del,the influence of unit reliability on missile launch success rate is studied.Meanwhile,Intensive study is made on the constraints between tasks and resources in parallel tests.The task scheduling sequence with short test time is obtained by means of ant colony algorithm,which significantly improving the efficiency of missile testing.Missile test efficiency increased by 43.07%,and the correctness of the HTCPN model system is verified,and resource utilization is nearly double.On the above research,Fuzzy Petri Net(FPN)is used to express fuzzy characteristics and realize fault diagnosis in missile testing.FPN converts the type of expert knowledge base,followed by two kinds of forward reasoning algorithms based on graph and matrix diagnosi ng the abnormal phenomenon.Finally,the FPN image logic reasoning is simulated by CPN Tools software,and the accuracy of the reasoning result is verified by matrix reasoning.
