As the precision requirements for precision cycloid reducer parts manufacturing for robots increase,traditional manufacturing error detection methods can no longer meet the testing needs,but there are few test data processing programs that integrate key components of precision cycloid reducers,and integrated database selection The matching program is also under development.The development of data processing programs is of great significance to improve the detection efficiency,quality and selection efficiency.The subject research takes the data collected from the testing items of the cycloidal gear,crankshaft,needle gear shell,needle gear,and flange of the precision cycloid reducer as the research object,and in-depth study of the collected data processing method and database selection method.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Preprocessing of collected data.There are deviations between the measurement coordinate system and the theoretical coordinate system,and it is necessary to preprocess the collected data to eliminate the calculation errors caused by the deviation between the measurement coordinate system and the theoretical coordinate system.Establish a measurement coordinate system based on the measurement data,find the X-axis deviation and the origin deviation from the theoretical coordinate system,and transform the measurement point to transfer the measurement coordinate to the theoretical coordinate system,eliminate the coordinate system error,and make the data processing result more accurate and reliable.(2)To collect data on the tooth profile of the cycloidal gear,the data processing methods of tolerance zone detection method and single detection method are applied.The tolerance zone method establishes the tolerance zone according to the production error requirements,finds the deviation corresponding to each measurement point and makes error judgment.Single-term detection method,interpolation method finds the root of the tooth tip of the cycloid collection point,calculates the tooth tip(root)runout error,finds the tooth tip angle of adjacent teeth,calculates the pitch error and the cumulative error of the pitch.(3)Considering the effects of assembly and transmission,the collected data of the diameter,eccentricity,and phase angle of each shaft section of the crankshaft are processed,and the test data is processed by linear algebra fitting method for error analysis.(4)The data collection items of the needle gear shell mainly include the radius of the upper and lower bearing blocks,the needle tooth groove radius,the needle tooth groove thickness,the needle tooth groove distribution circle radius,and the needle tooth radius.According to the structural characteristics of each part,the needle cogging data is not a complete circle,and the RC(Radius of the constraint)algorithm is used for fitting to make the fitting accuracy higher,and the rest is fitted by the Kasa algorithm for error analysis.(5)The data acquisition project of the flange mainly considers the influence of assembly and transmission.Collect data such as the radius of the upper and lower bearing holes,the radius of the upper channel,the radius of the lower channel,and the distance of the channel.Gaussian algebra fitting is used on the collected data,and error analysis is carried out.(6)According to the part data processing method based on the VB development program,the data processing result and nominal value of each test part are integrated and saved by adding a serial number,and the part parameter database is established and saved with the number as a variable.Find the part assembly size relationship,establish a mathematical model,realize the assembly plan of any number of groups is obtained through the database to filter the parts,and realize the computer selection instead of manual extraction and calculation.
