| In order to adapt to the demand for green space construction of small towns, guide the small town green construction, improve the maintenance of good ecological environment in small cities and towns, to promote the healthy and harmonious sustainable development of small cities and towns. Aiming at the problems of green space system planning and construction in the present our country small town, from the actual situation of small-town and put forward the "near-natural green space system" theory building in the small town green space system planning application to explore, trying to enrich and improve the current small urban green space system planning theory and methodology.Firstly, under the background of rapid urbanization in China from the current development of small cities and towns facing problems and new trends, this paper describes near-natural green space and natural green space system concept of the research process, as well as advantages. Secondly, this paper summarizes the research situation and significance of the urban near-natural green space, and proposed the concept of near-natural green space system, characteristic and criterion. Thirdly, introduces the green space system planning method of small-town and big differences between urban green space system planning and small-town, and puts forward building near-natural green space system planning of small town related theoretical concepts. Then from three a level proposed small-town near-natural green system construction method and technical route, and on this basis, introduces the near-natural green space system construction in the process of tree species selection and biodiversity conservation of near-natural planning measures, which involved related main research method has: Macharg of ecological planning method that: geographic information system of space analysis technology and "layer cake" mode; Miyawaki ecological forest create method. Finally, the green space system of Guanshan town in Suining County, Xuzhou city as an example, to explore the specific implementation ways of the construction of small-town near-natural green space system.In this paper, the construction of the small-town’s near-natural green space system planning as the research object, the main conclusions and innovations are:(1)The main conclusionsDue to the traditional green space system planning of small-towns have many limitations, the small-towns should develop the green space system planning theory and method system which is suitable for their own conditions, characteristics and development needs.
