In the previous research,the research group proposed a new functional gradient structure of cement concrete pavement with exposed stone concrete wear layer+ordinary concrete load-bearing layer.The correlation between surface appearance and its anti-skid and wear resistance is not clear enough.Based on this,this paper selects the exposed stone wear layer of cement concrete pavement as the research object,and studies the three-dimensional topography of the surface of the exposed stone wear layer and the whole life cycle evolution law of the wear process.The parametric characterization method of the three-dimensional topography features of the road surface is established by high-precision 3D laser scanning technology,and the wear laws of different topographic features are clarified based on the accelerated loading wear test.The attitude change time history is tracked and measured,and on this basis,the design method and forming process control method of the exposed stone concrete wear layer based on the surface three-dimensional topography are proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and paving process of the exposed stone concrete wear layer of the cement pavement.support.The main results and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)By making exposed concrete test blocks with different ratio parameters,the small accelerated loading equipment(MMLS)was used to simulate the wheel-road wear process under the action of the driving load,and then the binocular 3D laser scanner was used to collect different wear times.Based on the three-dimensional information of the surface,and based on the three-dimensional texture characterization parameters,the decay law of the parent rock aggregate type,aggregate particle size and aggregate exposure attitude with the action of wear was discussed.And the exposed postures of the aggregates are lying exposed and obliquely exposed,which have higher resistance to abrasion.(2)In order to simplify the complexity of the discussion and analysis,the correlation between the categories of regional 3D texture indicators and between categories is discussed with the correlation coefficient.The research shows that selecting the most relevant and most representative 3D regional parameters is used to evaluate the pavement texture.Decay has good suitability.(3)The artificial aggregate sensor is proposed to simulate the dynamic spatial attitude of the aggregate inside the mixture during the forming process,and the effect of different forming control parameters is analyzed combined with the root mean square gradient Sdq,the steepness Sku and the core support volume Vmc.The effect of the final exposure posture of the aggregate,the results show that the lower concrete viscosity,the flat vibrator and the way of rubbing the surface are more likely to change the exposed posture of the aggregate,and make the angular exposure turn into a flat or inclined exposure.,which provides theoretical guidance for the control of the exposed posture of the exposed aggregate concrete pavement.(4)A multi-objective synergistic design method for the three-dimensional topography of the exposed stone concrete wear layer of cement pavement is proposed,and the practical engineering is guided and applied in combination with the mix ratio parameters and the forming control process.The engineering application reflects the theoretical guidance of this paper.realistic meaning.
