Thermal calculation of one of the four designs of boiler design is a significant factor that affects the safety and performance of the boiler.Due to differences in fuel characteristics of biomass and coal,thermal calculation by "industrial boiler design calculation method" there will inevitably be some deviation,in order to verify the accuracy of the thermal design of the calculation results,according to the biomass boiler efficiency test results to determine the coefficients used in the formula is appropriate,and check out the thermodynamic a more accurate calculation of the coefficient to improve the calculation of the biomass boiler.The system research of the present situation of Guangzhou City biomass steam boiler fuel and energy efficiency testing,through the analysis of a large number of biomass boiler steam boiler output,exhaust gas temperature and boiler efficiency,fuel consumption,excess air coefficient data,find out the actual test data of biomass steam boilers and industrial boiler thermal calculation in accordance with the "design method" design the calculated data deviation,calculated that parameters of heat exchanger,a greater impact on the furnace radiation,thereby affecting the flue gas temperature,the influence of other coefficients on the furnace exit gas temperature can be ignored.Correction parameters,values(0.5608,0.2144respectively)and the design and test verification.The design check of convection heating surface is carried out.It is found that the outlet temperature of the original design is not reasonable due to the fact that the outlet temperature of the original design is too great.The original design of the flue gas outlet temperature was revised to 210 degrees Celsius,once again to calculate and check to meet the requirements.Design and check economizer failure is the original design of the convection flue outlet temperature exceeds the actual outlet temperature of 20? have proved the structure design of energy-saving devices need to be corrected,the internal energy saving device should be used in smaller diameter tube.Based on the modification and optimization of the key thermodynamic parameters of the biomass steam boiler,the optimization of the boiler heating surface is put forward.To reduce the cost of boiler manufacturing,improve the efficiency of boiler operation,and reduce the emission of the boiler is of great significance.
