In recent years,the traffic pressure is growing with the improvement of quality of urban residents' life.Ambulances stranded in the congested roads due to the traffic pressure in the city which become can be found everywhere.The reasons one is the large size of the ambulance body,is not convenient to drive in the bustling road of the city;The second is due to the unknown information of the road ahead,we can't react correct manner timely on the unknown situation.Therefore,in order to realize the real-time information exchange between the ambulance and driving path,this paper will use IVICS system to design a integrated system in terms of the emergency B-class ambulances space structure and process in city.IVICS is the realization of real-time information transmission between “car-car” and “car-road” through wireless communication technology.In order to coordinate the emergency traffic system of IVICS,cut the unnecessary space of ambulance volume on the existing basis.The vehicle module under the premise of the rescue going smoothly and reducing the body volume to improve the vehicle's exercise freely.The IVICS is installed in the driving module to achieve the vehicle road information network,get the traffic information in the front and to optimize the path.Advoiding the expected consequence of rushing escape because of sharing the ambulances' real-time route provide to the social vehicles' drivers with sufficient time to make avoidant preparation.In this paper,the IVICS and the ambulance system are combined to realize the intelligent traffic.To ease the traffic pressure caused by social vehicles to take emergency measures to avoid the ambulance.In a certain extent,reduce the energy lose tally with the design requirements for sustainable development.At the same time,the urban emergency ambulance in complex urban traffic can be stable and efficient rescue work.
