Hydraulic cone crusher as the mining,chemical,metallurgy,cement and other heavy industry important production equipment,in the field of production play the role of more and more prominent.The working performance of the crusher directly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise.However,China's design of the crusher there is a large noise,vibration,broken efficiency is low,the key components of the design is unreasonable and other structural problems.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the key components of the crusher.In this paper,PLM1500 I hydraulic cone crusher as the target object for specific theoretical research,this paper has done the following research:(1)to study the crushing theory and calculate the crushing force.The dynamic characteristics of the conical liner were analyzed,and the dangerous parts of the conical liner were analyzed to verify whether the working requirements of the crusher were met.Then the modal analysis of the cone liner liner,extraction cone cone liner before the 6th order mode.It is possible to prevent the natural frequency of the crusher from colliding with the natural frequency of the conical liner to reduce the safety.(2)Dynamic analysis of cylindrical roller bearings.Based on the modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis is carried out on the basis of the modal analysis,and the structural response of the cylindrical roller bearing under certain load conditions is obtained.To prevent the cylindrical roller bearings under cyclic load conditions under the occurrence of large deformation and reduce the crusher life.(3)Fatigue analysis of the connecting parts and the conical liner in the transmission system,using the fatigue analysis module of ANSYS-Workbench,the main life and safety factor of the parts are obtained.Fatigue analysis has some reference significance for the design and optimization of crusher.(4)The optimal design scheme is proposed for the conical liner,and the mechanical properties of the cone and liner are compared before and after the optimization.By optimizing the use of cone to improve the performance of the liner,while improving the durability of crusher.Based on the theory of laminated crushing,ANSYS-Workbench simulation software is used to analyze the key components of crusher,reduce the design time of the factory and reduce the design cost.This is the biggest innovation of this paper.Through the finite element analysis of the key components of the crusher,we have found that the design and use of the cone liner liner meet the requirements and does not occur resonance imagination.At the same time,the structure of the conical liner is optimized,and the optimized performance is more superior.Cylindrical roller bearings under certain conditions of periodic load will not produce a large deformation,the choice of bearing in line with the design requirements of the crusher.As an important part of the transmission system,the fatigue characteristics meet the requirements of the crusher.
