| In recent years,with the increasing complexity of the car styling,personalized,the types of car bumpers are also increasing.Automobile bumper drilling is a kind of automobile processing technology.This technology has experienced several stages,such as human driving,auxiliary stamping equipment,bumper punching machine and so on.The traditional process of automation,flexibility,low labor intensity,low drilling efficiency,can not be achieved in a large number of car bumper drilling,can not meet the needs of today’s booming automotive market.In order to solve the traditional bumper punch in the bumper replacement models should also be replaced together with the hole processing equipment to complete the hole processing problems,this paper from the actual demand of engineering applications,combined with the programmable logic control(PLC)technology,intelligent control technology,robot technology and human-machine interface technology,automobile bumper design is universal punch a car bumper for different types of different number and position of radar hole and headlight cleaning holes are also able to achieve specific hole processing,can quickly adapt to the adjustment of the vehicle equipment.In this paper,the overall design structure of automobile bumper universal punch system were determined by analyzing,and according to the scheme of structure design.Then the car bumper universal punch control system were analyzed,including motor drive control,the operation of the robot programming content,from the selection of hardware,the main circuit and control circuit design,input / output distribution and how to realize the control aspects of a detailed analysis and design.Taking PLC as the core controller,the system software is designed.Through the comparison of the PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control,analysis to determine the control algorithm of the motor drive system,the fuzzy PID control method for motor drive system design and implementation of fuzzy controller using MATLAB software simulation,and the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,through field experiment tests the performance of automobile bumper universal punch design,test results show that the performance of the designed control system,to ensure the normal and stable operation of automobile bumper universal punch,drive system using fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve the effective control of position accuracy of bumper hole processing machine,practice and Application in this paper,the research and development of automotive bumper universal punching machine structure and control system scheme is advanced. |
