Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Human-water Harmony In Honghu East Block Flood

Water is the source of life,the key to production and the foundation of ecology.The harmonious relationship between man and nature is the prerequisite and foundation for the coordinated developmen of man and nature.With the socio-economic development,water problems become increasingly prominent,The idea and importance of harmony between people and water has been basically accepted by people.Water Ecological Civilization with "Water Harmony" as the core is an important part of ecological civilization.Based on China 's severe water resources situation,the broad masses of scholars have conducted extensive and in-depth research on human water harmony,But for special areas,especially in the flood storage area of human water harmony discussion is rare.Therefore,we take Honghu East block flood storage area as an example,to study the harmony of human water of sustainable development,with a view to coordinating the deteriorating water relations in flood storage areas,and provide the scientific theoretical basis for the sustainable development of flood control area,and through the study to achieve Honghu East sub-flood storage area harmony method,to provide economic and social development for the region,realize the coordinated development of Social,economic and environment in Honghu East Block Flood.The research content is divided into three parts:1 Studying the concept of water harmony,connotation and theoretical framework,Summarizing the research status and development of domestic and foreign,discussing the research object of human and water harmony,elaborating the basic connotation of human water harmony.2 Based on the analysis of the basic situation of Honghu East sub-flood storage area development,including natural geography,socio-economic,ecological environment,water resources and characteristics.Describing the contradiction between people and water in flood storage area of Honghu East,mainly for Shortage of agricultural water resources,floods,people struggle to water.3 According to the three types of water contradictions in Honghu East sub-flood storage area,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to solve the contradiction between water and flood in flood storage area of Honghu East,and put forward the path of harmony between people in Honghu East flood storage area,mainly for the establishment of lake ecological environment protection mechanism,flood insurance mechanism,industry support mechanism,promote the creation of water ecological civilization flood storage area.
