In recent years,with the national economic development and social progress,the demand for energy greatly increased while the understanding of the environment has been further strengthened.As thermal power generation enterprises are high energy consumption industries in Chinese economy,energy conservation and emission reduction become the most important.Especially in the northeast area,the working condition of the power plant unit in non-economic operation under low load,power generation enterprise how to reduce cost,improve the factor to the safe operation of generating unit and economic benefits become a major issue.To rely on changing the baffle opening of the induced draft fan is the traditional way of regulation.However,a lot of energy is consumed in the throttling of the pipeline.So it is imperative to make the transformation of the induced draft fan.With the rapid development of power electronics technology and control theory of technology,people more and more research variable frequency speed regulation system.As an important means of motor drive,frequency conversion speed regulation technology will be widely used in electric power industry.The development and application of high voltage frequency conversion technology that makes it possible to variable frequency transformation of induced draft fan.According to collect the negative pressure signal in the furnace in the thermal power plant boiler system as the basis for the frequency change of the inverter,the speed of the draft fan is adjusted by the change of the frequency,so that the input power of the induced draft fan will change,so as to reduce the cut-off loss on the baffle and improve the purpose of efficiency.At the same time,the installation of the frequency conversion device can realize the soft start of the motor,reducing the starting current and the impact on the power grid to prolong the service life of the motor.This paper takes Guodian dunes power generation co.,LTD.,the existing 2 units of 600 mw supercritical coal-fired DC generator as the research object.First of all,under the background and significance of topic,this paper introduces the frequency conversion technology research status at home and abroad;Secondly,induced draft fan system in thermal power plant is introduced and the basic overview of high voltage variable frequency technology;Then,for the traditional throttling the retrofit scheme of high voltage frequency conversion;Finally,the energy saving effect after transforming is analyzed and the conclusion and prospects are given.Through frequency conversion transformation,Guodian dunes power generation co.,LTD.The 2 sets of 600 mw supercritical coal-fired unit load in the use of DC machine hours at 6000 hours,The running time is selected according to the proportion of the unit load.With one retrofit scheme,one boiler is equipped with two induction fans and two frequency converters,which can save about 2.478 million yuan / year.Taking into account the need to install the inverter device costs about 6.5 million yuan,so less than 3 years the factory recover the cost of high-voltage inverter technology investment.So the draft fan to install the inverter after the operation of the cost savings rate is more significant,inducing draft fan to install the inverter has a high economic efficiency.
