The research of wheel rail relationship is the important project of rail transportation projects.And wheel rail contact problems are the basis of wheel rail relationship.With the continuous growth of passenger road train speed and the continuous complexity of wheel rail interaction situation,it also brings some problems of high speed trains,such as the aggravation of abrasion between wheel rail,the increase of damage in wheel tread,the apparent increase of replacement of wheel rail and so on.If wheel rail problems can not be well solved,it will infulence the railway devepment.So,the research of wheel rail contact problems is no time to delay.The dissertation mainly puts the method of finite element method to analyze the different influence factors on wheel rail contact stress.Firstly,the dissertation introduces the project background and significance of this research,then generalizes the research conditions at home and abroad in wheel rail rolling contact,and then introduces classical theory of wheel rail rolling contact and the finite element theory of wheel rail rolling contact.On this basis,using software ANSYS,establishing wheel rail 3D finite element model,calculating and analyzing influence on wheel rail contact stress of different working conditions parameters and material mechanical properties.Based on model,calculating and analyzing influence on wheel rail contact stress of working conditions parameters,such as axle load,lateral displacement,attack angle,angular velocity;and material mechanical properties,such as Young’s modulus,yield strength,Poisson’s ration.The results indicate that wheel rail Mises stress and shear stress will increase with the increase of the axle load,and the increasing extent is large,axle load has a big affect on the shape and area of wheel rail contact spot,normal contact pressure,wheel rail contact stress.And with the variety of the lateral displacement and attack angle,the location of wheel rail contact point will change,and then the location and numerical value of Mises stress and shear stress on wheel rail contact area will change.Vehicle speed has a little affect on the shape and area of wheel rail contact spot and shear stress.And when the vehicle speed exceed 440km/h,Mises stress of wheel rail will be markedly increased.In the material characteristics,Young’s modulus and yield strength influence the variety of wheel rail contact stress,Poisson’s ration mainly influences the variety of wheel rail shear stress,have less affect on the Mises stress.
