With the total amount of energy consumption in today's society is increasing,the severe form of energy shortage calls for enhanced energy efficiency and rational allocation of resources.There is a significant increase in the use of energy as our country is a big energy consumer,therefore reducing energy consumption is particularly important for energy development and utilization.The DSIC is a big energy user in China,the expansion of it 's industry leads to increased demand for energy.Electricity is an important part of the energy reserve classification,it gradually get the attention of the rest of the world for the clean and pollution-free and renewable advantages.In this paper,the Design of Energy Management System for DSIC was chosen for the design project which belongs to the engineering application topic.This energy management system was developed according to the DSIC on-site production requirements and management,and the task to provide safety guarantee for shipyard production,increase energy efficiency and reduce the cost of shipyard production.The Design of Energy Management System for DSIC is SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)which was widely used in the field of electricity.The management system run through the upper and lower machine mode of cooperation,the lower computer using the MAC series PLC as a controller to collect shipyard substation site real-time data of the electrical instrument,the upper computer is the king of software as a platform to collect the data through various reports The data is displayed and can be saved for printing.The main interface of the king interface software is a combination of multiple screens and buttons,the user can link to the useful screen directly by clicking the button or the corresponding screen.Apart from conventional report,any time report was developed to meet the conditions in the wireless transmission,statistical measurement system requirements.This set of energy management system in the overall design is described in detail in this paper from the beginning of selecting the hardware model to the configuration communication,and by the next field of processing parameters acquisition for the real-time electronic instrumentation to design of the upper computer monitoring system software.The Design of Energy Management System for DSIC completed with eight months,including more than 600 meters,the definition of data variables of 3701 points,the design of 140 monitoring screens which include 43 report monitoring screens.It has been operated well by more than ten months since this system has been officially put into use in July 2016.This energy management system greatly improves the level of automation production control of the shipyard,and the final operation of the system will also provide a valuable reference for future energy management research.
