Research And Development Of Energy Monitoring And Management System For Automobile Painting Workshop

With the introduction of made in my country 2025,the Chinese government is paying more and more attention to the energy efficiency of enterprises.The Company is an automobile manufacturing company that relies heavily on various energy sources,and energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of total production costs.At present,the energy management system of the company’s automotive paint shop is not yet mature,and the depth of refined management is insufficient.There is a big gap with other enterprises in energy management.This paper takes the energy management system of LN’s automobile paint shop as the research object,and uses Pc Vue configuration software to develop and design the upper computer interface,and completes the automatic monitoring of workshop energy consumption.The main content of the article is as follows:(1)Taking the automobile paint shop as the research object,analyzed the main process flow of the paint shop.and completed the design of the overall structure of the management system and the network topology through the study of system requirements and based on the principles of system design.(2)In order to store the collected data safely,this article uses My SQL database,and designs the physical model of the database table structure and the E-R conceptual model to improve the security of the energy management system.(3)Based on the Pc Vue configuration software to achieve the development of the host computer interface,and to set the relevant variables to complete the design of the system interface.At the same time,through the automatic monitoring of energy consumption,statistical analysis of the index parameters in the production process is carried out to guide the optimization of the production process and complete the purpose of energy saving and the consumption reduction.(4)Based on the Modbus slave software,the configuration interface test was completed,and the Modbus serial communication method was adopted to accomplish the data collection and debugging,which ensured the stability of the system during the operation of the paint shop.Through the installation and debugging of the main equipment,its feasibility has been certified.At present,the system has been put into use in the workshop,and according to customers’ feedback,the quality of workshop management has been improved during the use process,providing a reliable template for the establishment of energy management systems in other industries.
