A Preliminary Study On The Strategy Of Aging In Place Mode In The Old Residential Area In The North Of China

With the increasing proportion of the elderly,China’s aging problem is becoming a hotissue in the society.By 2015,China’s elderly population has reached 220 million accounting for 16% of the total population,in the north,due to the implementation of family planning policy and long-term young population outflow,degree of aging is far more than the national average level,especially in old residential area,aging phenomenon and trend is increasingly serious(some of which have been more than 30%).On 28 February 2017,the development of the national age and retirement system of the 13 th five-year plan,which is promulgated on February 28,2017,clearly indicates the need to strengthen the foundation of the home community retirement service.This means that the former is the inevitable trend of future retirement.However,China’s old residential areas are very large.Already a long time,and because most of the community constructions inside infrastructure and already cannot satisfy the needs of the old man lives,old residential area the old man’s quality of life is hard to get the guarantee.For this part of the residential area,the whole reconstruction will not only be a waste of resources but also a lot of social problems.Therefore,it is a necessary way for the development of old residential areas to transform to be suitable for the elderly.This study from the perspective of old residential industry development,and the discuss mainly divided into five parts: the first chapter through the aging phenomenon in our country and abroad,policies and regulations as well as the old residential areas problem and discusses the scientific nature of the topic selection,and expounds the basic framework of the thesis and the main method;The second chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign current advanced pension mode operation system and planning,to provides the basis of the theory and practice for construct the pension model framework strategy later research in north China;Chapter 3 is the research and discussion section,which analyzes the three old residential areas problems of habitability.The fourth chapter,through the method of survey questionnaire to collect data,and use the environmental behavior and statistical methods for data analysis,summed up the old residential areas elderly life characteristics and behavioral requirements;Chapter five as the core chapter,through the first four chapters of analysis,respectively from the planningsystem,the infrastructure system and transformation system suitable for China’s northern region old residential areas bring up some original pattern of basic building strategy.Through this research,we hope to provide a reference for the settlement of the old residential areas in the north.
