Research On The Design Of Aging Suitable Reconstruction Of Existing Residential Areas In Yangzhou Based On The Background Of Community Pension

Under the background of China's accelerating population aging process,how to improve the pension system has become a hot issue in recent years.The existing home-based pension and institutional pension model can hardly meet the expectations of most elderlies.It is challenging to accomplish the arduous task of solving the pension problem as the ubiquitous lack of attention to the basic needs of the elderly.With the increasing proportion of community pension model in China's pension system,the reconstruction for elderly adults of existing residential areas has become an urgent and critical issue to be explored.This paper,which based on referring to the relevant works and cases domestic and overseas,through the research of the characteristics of the elderly such as psychology,physiology,behaviour and all other kinds of pension needs,aiming at the current situation of the aging reconstruction of existing residential areas in the city of Yangzhou,starting from the improvement of the software system and the reconstruction of hardware facilities,puts forward the principles and strategies for the aging reconstruction of existing residential areas in Yangzhou.It also sets out the evaluation standards and implementation schemes suitable for aging reconstruction.In terms of the three types of residential areas in Yangzhou,this paper talks about the potential solution of reconstruction for the above three scenarios.This paper discusses and studies the aging reconstruction of existing residential areas in Yangzhou based on community pension model from different perspectives.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the background of the topic selection,research content,research purpose,research siguificance,summarizes the relevant research results at this stage,and builds the research framework.The second chapter summarizes the essential characteristics of the elderly and all kinds of pension needs,provides primary data and basis for the proposed reconstruction strategy,and also further studies and analyzes the development of community pension mode domestic and overseas.In the next chapter,given the current situation of aging reconstruction of existing residential areas in Yangzhou,the principles and strategies of reconstruction are proposed,and also the relevant evaluation standards and implementation schemes are set out.The fourth chapter is the reconstruction practice,which selects three specific existing residential areas in Yangzhou to carry out the practical research on aging adaptation.The last chapter is the conclusion.
