With the development of urban scale in our country,the total population of every big city increases rapidly,and the problem of ground traffic congestion becomes more and more serious.It is a social problem that people can travel conveniently and safely.As a city public transport,Metro has become one of the most effective means to alleviate the traffic congestion in large and medium-sized cities.The subway is convenient,punctual and has more attractive passenger flow.More and more cities have already started construction of the subway and carried out long-term planning.The city has entered the subway era.In all the new subway projects in our country,according to the requirements of the national development and Reform Commission,we should install the screen door system.The screen door system can provide for passengers in the subway station waiting more safe and comfortable waiting environment,it will be separated from the subway station and train operation space,prevent the passengers fell into the platform;the platform from inside and outside the exchange of hot and cold air,can save a lot of power;shielding door is arranged on the edge of the subway platform,passengers on the train the channel,due to Metro Rail use,the vehicle carrying the highest voltage can be DC90 V,the passengers in the car is likely to also touch the train shell and the shielding door body,potential exists between the body and the shielding door body difference exceeds the safe voltage value,it will cause an electric shock accident the passengers get off.In order to protect the safety of passengers,the need for insulation and shielding door design on the platform near the shield door insulation installed with 1.5 ~ 2 m.Our screen door system in early 20 s appeared,shielding door installation technology is not mature,many security problems in the process of using only gradually emerged,and did not get the safety aspects of the introduction of insulation technology input screen door system from abroad,the insulation safety problems can only be independent research and development and constantly improve the solution of PSD system standard is no basis in the industry,insulation of metro platform screen door system is a difficult problem in the industry recognized.The research of "research" construction technology of insulated subway station is mainly in the field of rail transport and personal life and property security considerations based on the reduction of subway platform screen door system of safety accidents are passengers and related personnel,vehicles and equipment,has far-reaching significance and prospect.The basic content of this subject is to study the construction technology and process of the subway platform insulation layer according to the national standard on the basis of studying and fully understanding the relevant standards.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Analyze the laying status and the historical evolution of the insulation platform of subway platform;(2)The characteristics and insulation performance of the insulating layer on the platform of different laying technology;(3)Design of construction plan for insulating layer of subway platform;...
