Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the operating mileage and passenger volume of China’s subway have ranked first in the world.In order to base on the national conditions,focus on the overall situation and face the future,the country has put forward the strategic goal of building a transportation power,and the subway construction has entered a new stage of development.However,with the rapid growth of urban population and the emergence of morning and evening peak passenger flow,there have been many reports of accidents caused by the platform screen door(PSD),such as women’s bags and safety ropes.As an important safety protection measure of subway,people have higher and higher requirements on the safety and reliability of the anti pinch function of PSD control system.This paper starts from the existing problems of the platform screen door.Firstly,aiming at the deficiencies of obstacle monitoring and anti-jamming function in the current platform screen door system,the laser radar with high precision and strong anti-jamming is used as the tool of anti-jamming function monitoring.When the shielding door is closed,the lidar detection function is activated to scan whether there are passengers or other objects in the detection area.Then,the judgment results are fed back to the platform screen door and station control room to control the operation of the door motor and take it as the necessary basis for departure.Secondly,the mathematical model of fuzzy PID control of Brushless DC motor is analyzed and deduced in detail,which makes the system more reliable The simulation model of fuzzy PID control of Brushless DC motor is established by using Simulink function of MATLAB.By comparing with the simulation model of traditional PID control algorithm,the improvement of motor performance by the proposed motor control scheme is verified.Finally,the hardware model test platform of the platform screen door control system is built,and the experimental data are analyzed,and the control system designed in this paper is verified by the actual field equipment.The verification results show that the control system designed in this paper can effectively detect the passengers or other small objects in the gap between the platform screen door and the train door,so as to avoid the accident after the train leaves It leads to casualties,improves the safety,efficiency and intelligent level of metro operation,and has reasonable design,stable operation and good performance index,which provides effective safety measures for the unmanned operation of metro trains.
