Thin wall bearing rings have a thinner thickness in the bearing parts series,and have high precision requirement.Existing special bearing measuring instrument has its limitations in the product measurement process,first,may can not get accurate measurement results because of the elastic deformation of the ring;second,the traditional contact measurement may cause scratches on the bearing surface,affecting the quality of the products;third,limited by measurement principle,can not get multiple parameters in once measurement.Therefore,in order to obtain more accurate results,a new measurement instrument needs to be developed,to complete high precision measurement for thin walled bearing rings.This paper takes non-contact measuring instrument for thin walled bearing and non-contact measurement method as research object,on the basis of theoretical research,using the error separation technique,computer technology and OpenGL image technology,research on the measurement software frame,measuring system,image reconstruction and other content.The characteristics of thin-walled precision parts are analyzed,and the measurement method and the separation calculation method of cylindricity error are compared and analyzed in this paper,finally,the three point method is taken as the key point of the research,and as the measuring method of the new instrument.According to the requirements of non-contact measurement and the measuring principle of three point method,designed the measurement scheme of non-contact measuring instrument for outside diameter of thin-wall bearing,then modified the YZD-400 type cylindricity measuring instrument,to make it suitable for three point method.The cylindricity error separating and calculating software has been programmed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in C# language,the software can generate operation interface,and includes function of motion control,data acquisition,error separation and image reconstruction,and cylindrical morphology shown by using OpenGL graphic reconstruction technology.The experimental measurement is carried out in the end,by measuring roundness error multiple times,the results are consistent with the precision of standard parts.Compared with the original sensor,the experimental results are in good agreement with each other.It is proved that the instrument meets the requirements of measurement accuracy,and satisfies themeasurement requirements.The successful development of the instrument will play an important role in guiding the production and product quality supervision,and can effectively improve the quality and the qualified rate of the product.
