With the development of weapon equipment in the direction of automation and intelligence,automatic weapon station unit get more and more attention.Automatic weapon station is a kind of new weapon unit,which has the function such as observing in the car,automatic aiming and shooting.But the automation weapon station is inevitably affected by the dynamic excitation in the process of shooting which has a great influence on the firing accuracy of the automation weapon station.Therefore the design of a new buffer with good performance is very important to the automatic weapon station.To achieve automatic weapon stations compact,lightweight targets for the background,the optimization of buffer system of automatic weapon station is studied.In view of the choice of the type of buffer,the optimization of the parameters,the choice and analysis of the elastic element,the choice and analysis of the buffer element,these questions are analyzed.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following parts:For the question of optimization parameters for automatic weapons station buffer system,First,the recoil of automatic weapons stations were mathematical modeling and the buffer system constraints were proposed.Based on this,the buffer performance of the typical composite buffer is analyzed,and the optimal combination buffer type and its parameters are obtained,which lays the foundation for the optimization of the automatic weapon station buffer system.In view of the problem of the type selection of the elastic component of the composition buffer,By comparing the analysis,the compliant buffer cradle is selected as the elastic component of the composition buffer.The characteristics of compliant buffer cradle are described.And the guide stiffness calculation formula of compliant buffer cradle is deduced and verified,which lay the foundation for the compliant buffer cradle design.In view of the problem of the type of the damping element of the composition buffer,By comparing the analysis,Dish spring is selected as the damping element of the composition buffer,the characteristics of the disc spring are introduced.And finally we emphatically analyze the damping characteristics of disc spring,which make us get the damping coefficient and damping factor.In view of the problem of buffer performance for a compliant buffer cradle composition buffer,First,applying ADAMS software to simulate buffering effect of the composition buffer on firing at the recoil impact action,a combination scheme of compliant buffer cradle is obtained which satisfies the constraint conditions.Finally,the experiment of live firing verify the buffer performance of composition buffer.
