Research On Automatic Weapon Design Calculation Model And Software

The development of modern science and technology brings along the changes of the design and development of automatic weapons. Large variety of fewer batches production mode of automatic weapons puts forward the challenge to designers. The development of automatic weapons aided design computing systems is a great significance to speed up the development and improve the quality of development.The article is mainly about researches on the model of automatic weapons calculation& design and software system, sets up calculation and design models of automatic weapons (inner and outer ballistic, flight stability, barrel, automatic mechanism, blocking mechanism, buffer device, aiming mechanism). Through the analysis of the object-oriented development method, based on Visual Studio platform developed by C# language. The method of object-oriented and modular is adopted to abstract the design of the system task, to get independent design and calculation module, and then complete the overall design of the system. On this basis, making deep analysis on the calculation model of each module, and optimizing the model to make models easier for programming. Generalizing the operation process of the program and completing detailed design of the program. Writing code after the completion of the calculation model and the detailed design. Each developed module is tested by instances to confirm that the functionality and performance indicators of developed software meet the requirements. Designs of interface (between automatic weapons program and firearms underlying database library, between automatic weapons program and management system integrated with COMAN), which is easy for other software to use and increase connectivity with the database program. Two different integration methods are adopted to integrate systems, which greatly increase the availability of software. The study of article provides a great convenient tool for design and calculation of automatic weapons, improve speed and quality of design and calculation of automatic weapons.
