As an important part of the railway line,the contact network is an important part of railway transportation and safety.As the railway operation accelerates,requirements for OCS construction quality and standards become more strict.How to improve the construction quality and ensuring the quality of current collection network-arch system involve knowledge in mechanics and electricity,which are based on the analysis of the geometric parameters of high speed railway,contact analysis,smooth performance and the relationship between the pantograph and catenary.In order to ensure the construction quality of high-speed railway contact network and current collection network-arch system and improve the quality of network flow by pantograph system,exploration of the construction site,analysis of the design and control of key technology process are concentrated on.Through the experience of the construction of a number of high-speed rail construction that has been opened,the combined testing of important detection projects into account,analysis of the key construction process of catenary construction,the search for major problems of the contact network during the process of combined testing and putting forward some practical solutions,the design objectives and the operational requirements of the catenary system can be met.In order to ensure the construction and acceptance of quality,network parameter detection is also essential.Due to the high cost of the specific detection of vehicles and the need of cold-running of the preliminary detection of main parameters of the construction company,the significant reduction of the costs of detection equipment is therefore possible.In this detection device,a detachable system is adopted,excluding the specific detection of vehicles,involving detection parameters and cold-running parameters.The whole system design is simple,practical and low cost.Additionally,the detection accuracy of main parameters of the catenary is highly accurate and of high speed.All the detection parameters can be archived in computer and they can be displayed in graphics or report form or printed out at any time.
