The catenary arm insulators are installed in the open air and operate in complex and diverse environments for a long time.Dust and industrial pollutants accumulate on the surface of the insulators,making the insulators prone to pollution flashover in rain and snow.Pollution flashover of insulators is likely to cause malignant power outages in railways.Solving the problem of pollution flashovers of railway catenary insulators is of great significance for ensuring the safety of railway transportation.In response to this problem,a cleaning device for contact net insulators was designed and manufactured.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign current situation of insulator cleaning methods.According to the application environment and design requirements of the cleaning device,a design plan is proposed,and the cleaning mechanism is modularized to complete the design of the three-dimensional model of the cleaning device.(2)Regarding the fatigue life of the sweeping arm,first carry out a static analysis,and then use the S-N fatigue life analysis theory to analyze the fatigue reliability of the sweeping arm through the n Code fatigue analysis software,and obtain the fatigue damage cloud diagram and fatigue of the sweeping arm The life cloud chart verifies the reliability of the sweeping arm.At the same time,the research results also show that the sweeping arm has room for light weight,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the sweeping arm.(3)According to the working principle of the cleaning device,the scheme of the cleaning device control system was determined,and the hardware selection of the cleaning device was completed.(4)The scheme design of the hardware control system was carried out,and the hardware design of the main controller module,power supply module,motor drive module and communication module was completed,and the circuit diagram of the voltage regulator module was designed according to the principle of power supply.(5)For the design of the hardware system,a corresponding software system was developed.The control system of the insulator cleaning device with STM32single-chip microcomputer as the control core and serial screen as the human-computer interaction platform is designed.(6)Experimental tests were carried out on the cleaning device,and the results showed that the designed cleaning device met the basic requirements of the expected design. |
