With the massive development of urban rail transit system,the method of TBM has got more and more application in the construction of city subway.Inevitably,there are more situations that new construction of subway applying the TBM method excavates underneath the exsiting railway,and they gets more difficult to deal with.TBM tunnel excavating underneath the railway can disturb the surrounding soil,trigger the damage of surrounding soil and the settlement of railroad bed,cause the irregularity of both Vertical and horizontal direction of tracks and influence the Train operation safety.While motor train unit technology applied in high-speed railway which has extreme standards of regularity.The project that TBM tunnel excavating underneath the high-speed railway railroad bed belongs to the class of high risk project,and this kind of influence what the construction of TBM makes to Train operation safety must get scientific analysis and evaluation.Base on that,this Paper analyzed the influence of TBM tunnel excavating underneath the high-speed railway,make the reasonable modeling calculation and the design about the test of construction,and put forward the control standard of testing deformation in construction to control the construction process to ensure the operation safe and round.In this Paper,the range of subway Beizhulin station to Tianjinxi station of crossing railway station with the method of TBM is applied to the background in Tianjin metro line 6.By using Numerical analysis to the process of TBM excavating the railway yard using the finite difference software,comparing and analyzing the testing results gotten in practical engineering,the control standard of testing deformation in construction to control the construction process is put forward.The following are what this paper discussed:(1)Appling the finite difference software to build the 3-D modeling of excavating underneath the railway yard,simulating the impact in the process of construction of tunnel to railroad bed and other buildings,and analyzing the deformation rules of exsiting railway and other buildings in different working conditions.(2)Summarying and analyzing the dates gathering from the practical engineering to get the deformation rules of the ground of testing,railroad bed,catenary pole,communication base station and the changing rule of pathway's geometric behavior in the process of construction.(3)Comparing the results of numerical simulation and the data of actual monitoring to verify the accuracy of the model is to determine the monitoring control standard of shield construction and the construction optimization.By come up with the effective measures that can control the deformation of railway to ensure the operation safety safe and the construction well.
