Container sea-rail combined transport has many advantages such as safe and reliable,low freight rate,efficient transportation and environmental protection.With the deepening of international cooperation,the rapid development of ports has been promoted,and higher requirements have been put forward for the operation level of sea-rail combined transport.It is very important to improve the joint efficiency of the joint in order to speed up the overall operation efficiency of sea-railway combined transport.In China,most of the container terminals are separated from the container central railway station,which increases the operation cost and transit time of sea-rail combined transportation.How to improve the connection efficiency between container terminal yard and the container railway central station yard and reduce the cost has become one of the key factors in the operation of sea-railway combined transport in China.In this paper,the railway central station 'yard and container terminal yard in the sea-railway combined transportation system are studied.Firstly,the concept,function and layout of the operation area of the port station,the characteristics of the storage yard of the central railway station in front of the port and the container terminal are introduced briefly.Then,from the perspectives of cost saving and system operation equilibrium,the paper studies the problem of cooperative dispatching between the central railway station and the container terminal yard in front of the port,which provides a scientific perspective for improving the level of cooperative operation between the sea-railway combined transport nodes.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper considers the railway central station and the container terminal depot at the same time.A two-stage model for the collaborative storage of import and export containers in the railway central station and the terminal yard is established by comprehensively considering the storage capacity of the container yard,the work volume of the container area and the container operation distance.This model optimizes the container storage plan within the planning period with the objectives of minimizing the operation cost,balancing the operation volume between the container areas in the storage yard,and minimizing the container operation distance,on the premise of known container departure time,operating berth,loading and unloading line.Finally,an adaptive immune cloning algorithm is designed to solve the model and the example.The results show that the model and the algorithm can balance the operation quantity of each container area in the railway central station and container terminal yard,improve the utilization rate of space resources and save the total cost.The research of this paper provides a new idea for improving the cooperative operation level of railway central station and container terminal,which has important practical application value.
