Research On The Application Of Music Elements In Public Landscape

Landscape planning is mostly converted or expanded in the recent years,the acceleration of urbanization in China is promoting the development of the landscape industry,and also make the city become the center of music activities.With the needs of people’s increasing material and cultural,the role of urban public gardens is no longer simply to provide a place for resting,but also to fulfill the requirements of spiritual needs in aesthetic and experience.To make full use of the spiritual and cultural value of urban public gardens,it is necessary to combine the public landscape with the humanistic and historical connotation of the city.Music,as an important carrier of history and culture,also plays an important role in people’s spiritual and cultural life.Currently research and design of city landscape mainly focus on the overall planning,landscape space form,function partition and so on,the design focuses on the visual and audio feelings,aesthetic value mainly exists in the aspects of artistic creation,but lacks of the connotation of culture and humanities.This paper extends the definition of the musical elements,and puts forward the significance of the use of music elements as the carrier of culture in the public landscape.This paper takes the landscape of public gardens,including urban parks and commercial squares as the research object,and makes an investigation on the application of its musical elements.This paper tries to increase the humanities of the public garden landscape,to enhance the aesthetic quality in spiritual field,and to give the design method of historical and cultural public gardens.The traditional landscape design is mainly aimed at the physical aspects of the visual design of the garden.In this paper,the concept of musical elements is introduced into the landscape design.This paper tries to explore the interchangeability of the garden and music with the aesthetic needs of the public landscape,to explore the relationship between music and landscape from the historical human level with the connotation needs,and then demonstrates the feasibility of music elements as a cultural carrier to enhance its humanistic connotation.This paper summarizes the application of music elements in public landscape and the common techniques from the music elements of the sound,symbols,rhythm and culture.This paper studies the expression of humanistic connotation of music elements in public landscape application and discusses the application of music elements in public landscape,also puts forward the embodiment of music elements in human landscape,combines the practical application of music elements in public landscape,and summarizes their application effect.At last this paper puts forward the design ideas and methods of promoting the humanistic connotation in the landscape of public garden through the introduction of music elements.
