As a pillar industry of China's national economy,the construction industry maintained a rapid growth under the development of new-type urbanization construction,"The Belt and Road" and Public-Private Partnership,which has increased employment population.However,the frequent occurrence of construction safety accidents seriously threat the lives and health of employees and also property,which bring great economic losses to enterprises and society.Based on the theory of accident causation,combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper attempts to build a comprehensive evaluation model from the angle of safety behavior to evaluate the safety level of construction site.Firstly,according to the characteristics of construction,select the construction safety behavior on the construction site as the research object,and defines the concept,classification and behavior subject of safety behavior.Then analysis the typical accident causing theory,incentive theory and their inspiration to the research,which laid the research foundation for this paper.Secondly,through the literature review and expert interview,established a evaluation index system,which include organization safety behavior and workers' safety behavior.A measurement sacle of safety behavior was designed based on the index system,then the SPSS and AMOS software was used to test the reliability and validity of the measurement sacle.Finally,according to the fuzziness of the safety behavior and the grey character of measurement process to the safety behavior,a grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the triangle center whitening weight function.A case was proposed to test the model and the result shows that project department could improve the safety level by strengthening safety training,improving the management of safety awareness,taking effective incentive forms,improving the emergency rescue system,strengthening the group construction of safety culture,which indicated the validity of the model.Through the research,the main conclusions include: Firstly,established a index system of safety behavior,which includes five first-level factors and seventeen secondlevel factors,and the prevention behavior,construction process management behavior,accident management behavior,workers' individual safety behavior and workers' group safety behavior consist of the first level factors.Secondly,the project department should pay attention to the prevention behavior,which plays an important role in the decrease of accidents and accident damage.And group behavior and individual behavior is equally important,so managers should also focus on group safety behavior control and group safety culture management.Thirdly,behavior scale has industry applicability reference,so quote measurement scale from literature must do reliability and validity test.Fourthly,the case research result indicates the practical significance of the model.
