Analysis And Evaluation Research On Safety Behavior Mode Of Air Traffic Controller

The civil aviation security has received more and more attention with the rapid development of civil aviation. Civil aviation accidents is less and less due to equipment progress, but unsafe events still exist due to human factors. Air traffic controllers as the guarantee of the civil aviation safety operation, they are responsible for the effective maintenance and promotion of air traffic safety and operation order, guarantee the air traffic flow, the purpose of providing air traffic control service to aircraft. So the controller's behavior model of is of great significance to the safety operation of air traffic safety system and the safety of civil aviation transportation industry and stable development.This article through careful analysis of mode of safety behavior of the air traffic controllers in physiology and psychology, management and safety engineering, then get the three indicators corresponding to each level of two. To preliminary evaluation index system as the basis, combined with the characteristics of air traffic controllers in the form of questionnaire to the ATC evaluation index of data acquisition. According to rough set theory, data mining, attribute reduction and importance calculation are carried out for evaluation index. Carried on the attribute reduction to index and important degree calculation based on rough set theory, then got the index which closely related with the ATC safety behavior mode, finally use the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluated on the safety of the controllers behavior model, and the evaluation results were fitted. At last established the early warning mechanism of civil aviation safety behavior mode controller. Put forward related suggestions to the ATC controllers unit according to the safety behavior, it has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
