Wireless power transport technology has the advantages of safety,reliability,high-flexibility and the characteristics of special environmental applicability.It is increasingly adopted as the new supply way,in medical devices,electric vehicles,locomotives and other mining applications,and has become one of the most promising research directions in recent years.The segmented rail wireless power supply technology is the emerging technology research in the field of wireless power transport technology developed in recent years,which is mainly used for the wireless power transport system in which the electric equipment can move along the track line.Compared with the wireless power supply system with one signal rail,the segmented rail wireless power supply system has many advantages,such as high transport efficiency,small electromagnetic interference and better stability,and has become research hotspot at home and abroad.In this paper,the existing technical scheme of the segmented rail wireless power supply system is analyzed,the research on the serious problem of pick-up voltage fluctuation in the process of rail switch is carried out.The segmented rail wireless power supply system is introduced,and make analysis and Research on the key technologies,including rail power supply mode,compensation circuit topology,the primary rail structure,secondary structure,the pickup coil position detection technology.This paper expounds the problems existing in the segmented rail wireless power supply system: the serious fluctuation of the voltage of the picking up in the process of the rail switch which can cause serious influence on the second system.The reasons for the fluctuation of the pick-up voltage of the secondary side,and the finished problems and unsolved problems are discussed.Through the further analysis and Research on the alternating process of energy and the current waveform in the compensation circuit,a new solution is put forward.The solution improved the circuit topology of segmented rail wireless power supply system and the rail switch control by a single resonant capacitor topology and zero current switching,realize the continuous transmission of segmented rail wireless power supply system,to solve the serious problem of pickup voltage fluctuation.Taking into account that the new scheme has a high time requirement for the response of the rail switch,the paper analyzes the common bidirectional controllable power electronic devices,and selects the suitable rail switch.Considering the influence of the switch on the operating resonant frequency of the system,the frequency bifurcation phenomenon in the wireless power transport system is analyzed and researched,as one of the constraints in the design of system parameters.The circuit to detect the zero-crossing point of current is designed.According to the principle of stroboscopic mapping,the periodic fixed point of SS type compensation topology is analyzed theoretically,which provides a theoretical basis for seeking ZCS soft switching operating point when the system parameters are designed.In order to verify the correctness of the theory,the circuit is designed based on the new circuit topology to realize the accurate current zero crossing rail switch.The circuit is modeled by MAYLAB/SIMULINK,and the correctness of the theory is verified by simulation.Finally,the experimental platform is built to verify the correctness of simulation and theory.
