Study On The Protection And Development Of Historical And Cultural Towns In North Of Anhui Province Under The Guidance Of Characteristic Towns

The famous historical and cultural towns were formed during the long history of our country's development,and recorded local historical features,traditional culture,and folk customs.They are rare living stones that carry historical memory of urban and rural development.At present,the famous historical and cultural towns in China are faced with the problems of the protection and development of the original authenticity,which creates a contradiction between the growing needs of the indigenous peoples for a better life and the unbalanced development of the famous towns.The characteristic towns is under the background of the new type of urbanization,and the state has put forward an important task to solve the economic transformation and upgrading under the new normal,which is of great significance to the protection and development of the famous historical and cultural towns.There are two types of characteristic towns at the national level.The famous historic and cultural towns have special advantages as a special member of small towns.Therefore,this article starts from the characteristic towns and the history of northern Anhui.The characteristics of the protection and development status of Linhuan Town,a famous cultural town,were studied systematically.The interactive relationship between the construction of characteristic towns and the protection and development of famous towns was studied through comparative analysis to provide a feasible path for the protection and development of the famous historical and cultural towns in northern Anhui.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant literature and practice for the protection and development of famous historical and cultural towns at home and abroad,and summarizes the methods and measures for the protection and development of historic and cultural towns at home and abroad,the theoretical connotation of characteristic towns development and practical cases,and provide theoretical support and case studies for research.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the famous historical and cultural towns of Linhuan town in northern Anhui Province,the status quo of protection and development is recognized,and problems existing in the status quo are sorted out: the destruction of the overall style is serious in the construction of urban construction;the industries with uncharted characteristics dominate,and the economic functions of the township are imbalanced attractiveness;imperfect supporting facilities.At the same time,statistical methods and questionnaire surveys were used to analyze and summarize the main points of the construction of characteristic towns and the protection and development of famous historical and cultural towns.Then the two were compared and analyzed to summarize the characteristic towns and the protection and development of the famous historical and cultural towns in northern Anhui.There are seven aspects of the interaction between the landscape environment,architectural features,traditional culture,industrial development,service facilities,mechanism system,and people's attention.Furthermore,based on the research review and case studies,and following the principles of integrity,authenticity,integration of protection and development,and unique characteristics of regional features,cognitive towns guide the protection and development of famous towns,aiming at traditional protection and development.In the model,the neglect of industrial integration,the construction of service facilities,and the institutional and institutional innovations,as well as the separation of protection planning and special planning,shall be considered in an integrated manner to form an overall plan for the township,township and village areas,with humanism.In order to pay attention,the protection and development goals of Linhuan Town were proposed: “emerging industries + tourism”,integration of production,life,ecology,production,culture,tourism,and community integration,government guidance,enterprise-led new mechanisms,and cultural tourism characteristics towns,to achieve coordinated development of protection and development.Finally,taking the town of Linhuan,a famous historical and cultural town in northern Anhui Province as an example,under the guidance of characteristic towns,a feasible strategy was proposed for seven aspects of the interaction between the two: remediation of the Linhuan style environment and classification according to the scope of protection.Protecting development;digging Linhuan's traditional culture,developing the “culture + tourism” industry;building classification protection and renovation,creating a unique town in northern Anhui;dividing the three living spaces and building an industrial system;co-ordinating towns and villages,optimizing the layout of service facilities;implementing mechanisms Innovation,construction system guarantee;focus on the original residents,attract innovative talents.In order to promote the benign circulation of historical and cultural town protection and development,achieve the organic integration of the protection and development of the famous historic and cultural towns under the guidance of characteristic towns.
