The distribution system is an important part of the whole air-conditioning system,and it is very important to reduce the energy loss of the system.Hydrophobic coating subtraction is a new technology in the resistance reduction technique,and it is suitable for the reduction of the pipeline because of its obvious anti-drag and anti-corrosion effect,and the characteristics of low workmanship.In this paper,the principle,influence factors and the rule of the influence on the resistance of coating are studied.Based on the experimental research,the application of the coating is applied to the project and the application value of the coating is studied.This article explores the following three parts:Firstly,this paper quantitatively and directional analysis on the principle of coating reducing resistance and its related factors:(1)By analyzing the mechanism of the turbulence and the mechanism of the anti-drag,the analysis direction is determined;(2)Based on the analysis of the factors in the process of coating detraction,the quantitative calculation based on the qualitative analysis is given,and the effect of the reduction is preliminarily predicted;(3)The influence of local resistance on the effect of coating detraction is analyzed qualitatively;(4)The influence of temperature on the effect of coating detraction is analyzed qualitatively.Then,the experimental research was carried out on the basis of theory.(1)Before the drag reduction test I did some debugging: pipe diameter rate testing,coating thickness testing,coating adhesion test,that provide basic data and performance support and promotion for the next experiment;(2)Design hydrophobic resistance control experiment.The system considers the velocity,temperature switch and the measurement of the path resistance and local resistance;(3)Analyze the experimental data,and find the effect of velocity,pipe form and temperature on the effect of drag reduction,then the possibility of simulation calculation of the pipe diameter is analyzed.In this paper,the flow rate and the diameter of the pipe are coupled,and the data guidance is provided for the application of the coatingPaper finally with an engineering case,based on building cooling and heat load and the existing distribution system Settings,use the paper coating drag reduction calculation method for the calculation of concrete,the project from the aspects of economy,environmental benefits,such as the coating is used to evaluate the application effect of drag reduction.To sum up,this article adopts the method of theoretical analysis,experimental test,the hydrophobic coating drag reduction of air distribution system were studied,the related theoretical analysis and the drag reduction rate calculation method for coating application of drag reduction and air conditioning systems have a positive effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction work.
