Forklift truck is a new type of engineering machinery for mining and stone mining in the domestic stone industry.For automatic statistics implementation of driver's work and truck loading and unloading quantity,which needs on-line measurement results.As we can see,a few forklift truck with weighing device which is from the loader on the market,but the fork truck loading weighing technology research has not yet been given.Based on the above,in this paper,the fork truck loading automatic weighing algorithm were studied.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic and foreign loader weighing technology and various weighing methods,points out the existing problems and the development trend,so as to illustrate the significance of the research.Secondly,by analyzing the influence of the automatic weighing principle and the material center of gravity offset on the weighing results,the automatic weighing algorithm considering the load center of gravity deviation is put forward according to the structural characteristics of forklift truck working device and its special working environment.Thirdly,combined with the influence of the actual slope,this paper makes a further improvement to the automatic weighing algorithm proposed in this paper.Then,this paper gives the overall scheme according to the automatic weighing algorithm,combined with recursive least squares method to complete the static calibration of the sensor parameters,the dynamic calibration of the unknown parameters and the compensation coefficient and the online measurement of the load weight.Finally,to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,the article gives the results of experiments and simulation.Combining with the LabVIEW real-time testing system to complete the experiment platform;the simulation program is compiled using the MATLAB software,the boom lifting speed,load center offset and ground slopeinfluence the design of experiment,the simulation results show that the measurement the accuracy of the algorithm and stability;Finally,the on-line measurement was carried out,and the actual measurement results were consistent with the simulation results.Automatic weighing algorithm recursive least squares method based on the experiment results proved that it can effectively eliminate the influence of the boom lifting speed,gravity shift of load center and ground slope to weighing results.Its measurement error is stable within 1%,and the algorithm is simple and easy to implement,which has certain practical engineering value.
