With the rapid development of the power grid,distribution network as part of the power system transport terminal,its size are constantly expanding,and with the continued increase in demand for electricity users,distribution network load also continued to grow and the power loss also increased at this time,which severely restricts the economics of grid operation,it is necessary to optimize the distribution network to reduce the loss,and the current energy saving measures of distribution network running optimization included distribution network reconfiguration which can reduce losses by varying the supply radius and balance the load of distribution and the capacitor switching methods which can change the reactive power flow in the network.But,both of these two methods have its own limitations on reducing the loss of distribution network,so we can not maximize saving the distribution network energy loss,so the paper combines the two messures together to make a comprehensive optimized for distribution network for the purpose of reducing the energy loss.In this paper,firstly studide the basic principle and algorithm flow of harmony search algorithm and its characteristics,analyzed its advantages and disadvantages,then improved the harmony search in connetion with its disadvantages,when introduced into the harmony libraries the proposed improved harmony search algorithm generated chaotic sequence;and made an effective use of best information of the sound in harmony library,on the basis of optimal solution perturbing generate additional two new solutions to accelerate the convergence speed of the algorithm;Finally,in later iterations introdued the overall distribution of optimization algorithms to enable an faster algorithm jumped local optimum.Secondly,during the distribution network reconstruction process,its need to consider that the network must be reconstructed radial and communication constraints.Therefore,this paper make use of the Mayeda spanning tree algorithm based on ring to encoded,it can not onlyproduce radiation type and not isolated from the network topology point,but also can reduce the duplication of coding method.The characteristics of the distribution network topology reconstruction will change constantly occurring,the text useed the before radiating network trend layered backward sweep algorithm to automatically identify the distribution network structure,and the text made a simulation on IEEE33 bus system reconstruction and verify the correctness of the algorithm.Finally,the text the improved harmony search algorithm is applied to optimize the integrated distribution grid.And through IEEE33,IEEE69 node system simulation,compared the separate capacitor switching and reconfiguration of distribution network and the effect of reducing losses and improving voltage conditions integrated optimization were compared,and also compared the proposed method,and other comprehensive optimization methods were compared,the results show proposed method is feasible and effective.
