With the decrease of the output coefficient in the thermal power plant,the efficiency of the main auxiliary equipment is reduced,which is mainly manifested in the increase of the auxiliary power consumption rate and affected the economic efficiency.Traditional water pump control media flow mainly rely on throttle adjustment,hydraulic coupler speed adjustment,these two modes of regulation under low load caused a lot of energy waste.At present,the variable frequency speed regulation technology in the thermal power plant auxiliary equipment to improve the efficiency of energy reduction in the gradual maturity of the power generation industry in the pump and fan energy saving operation is playing an increasingly important role.This paper based on the analysis of large auxiliary problems in operation of the typical subcritical 600 MW direct air cooling unit,through the discussion of the unit's operation mode and energy-saving requirements,mainly research on the transformation and application of frequency control of motor speed technology.Combined with condensate pump and feed water pump frequency conversion project,analysis and demonstrated of frequency conversion technology and updated scheme,and designed the operation of the pump adjustment strategy after transformation,evaluation of the effect of the power saving after the installation of variable frequency.After the transformation of the auxiliary machine is running well,energy saving economic benefit is obvious,condensate pump energy saving rate of 32.6%,deaerator water level regulation quality improvement,water level control valve service life extension,water pump power saving rate of about 14.2%.At the same time,the paper put forward some measures to solve the problems.
