Research And Development Of Ship Design Material Database

Modern shipbuilding technology is moving toward high mechanized,automated,integrated,modular,and computerized direction.Digital shipbuilding is now the development trend of shipbuilding industry,including the use of three-dimensional design modeling in the design phase,the formation of product data management system to achieve the collaboration between design and production,as well as the digital simulation of the production process before manufacturing,etc.The total shipbuilding quantity of China's shipyard has been ranked in the world's top three,but some of China's shipbuilding enterprises,both in production technology or in the company's organization and management,are follow the pace of Japan and South Korea,the overall ship design material management is out of line with the production of the ship,design information and management information separated from each other,there is no link between the two,resulting in a lot of information islands,enterprise information technology lack of overall integration,making the shipbuilding production efficiency has been severely constrained.Computer-aided shipbuilding integration technology has become the focus of research.If we want to improve shipbuilding speed and reduce shipbuilding costs,we must vigorously promote the development and application of digital shipbuilding technology,and carry out technological innovation,based on breaking the key technology of ship design and manufacture,taking high value-added ship products as the core,to speed up the technical adjustment of shipbuilding industry and the modernization of marine equipment.In this paper,we extract the basic design material data generated by production design in the TRIBON,design and develop the ship design material database system to realize the real-time management of the material data generated by the production design,to avoid the information link between the design and the production,and improve the efficiency on material management of the shipbuilding enterprise.The main work of the paper is as follows:First,the second chapter analyzes the ship design material data in the design of the contents of the material data,ship bill of materials,design materials data management to specifically understand the ship design material data.The third chapter analyzes the ship design material database,introduces the demand analysis,the technical route,the development environment and the tool,as well as the database system analysis,these two chapters laid the foundation for the construction and development of ship design material database.The fourth chapter is the design of the ship design material database,and the design of the ship design material database is explained from the aspects of the design of material data extraction,the design of the database table and the management and maintenance of the final database.The final content is the specific application of the database system.This paper using Microsoft SQL Sever2005 as the underlying database,it has a strong security;The system was developed on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 platform,it has a good human-computer interaction interface;Using C # language for development,making the ship design material data management in the system can be better achieved.
