| Ship’s efficiency and quality are the important factors which restrict thedevelopment of the shipbuilding industry. Through to the welding plan managementwhich can greatly improve the efficiency of ship welding, and shorten theshipbuilding period. Weld plan (Weld Planning) TRIBON system contains moduleswhich provide a weld information integration platform for the designers in a certaindegree, but the system still has some drawbacks, which cannot fullly fulfilled theneed of the designers In addition, TRIBON system is a system whose developmentcode is closed So it can not be improved on its own platform directly.This thesis did a analysis to the general design software of the ship---TRIBONsystem, especially the application of Weld Planning module,and point out theexisting problems and weakness in its actual application, which expounds the weldingplan as part of the lean shipbuilding in the important meaning in the process ofpractical production. And aiming at the shortcomings of the welding plan of TRIBONsystem module, development the welding plan management system solutions. thispaper designed Welding plan management system in the neutral files in detail,3dmodel reconstruction, welding information editing, welding materials and work-hourquota calculation, dispatching a single generation, feedback and regression analysisfunction, analyzed the system each function between interconnected,listed theinvolved main category of the3D module reconstruction process. Welding planmanagement system used the principle of neutral files, the export of TRIBON systemclosed file parsing, hull by neutral files and weld model reconstruction on thecommon platform AutoCAD, so as to establish an interactive platform. In thisplatform, Users can use the welding information editor function for one or more weld,keep information after welding materials and man-hour quota calculation function canquickly calculate the material and time consumption, site construction department cansee the generated by the system of dispatching list, according to the dispatching list toassign tasks, and at the end of the actual production, the consumption of the actual sitesituation feedback to the system. there are a few key difficulty in the process ofdevelopment of welding plan management, in this paper, we analyze the key difficultyin detail, finally, we use a ship hull section in the welding plan management system application example is given to illustrate the application of the system as awhole. |
